First Class Terminal: you will be taken to the aircraft by limousine or in an exclusive minivan.
First Class Lounge at pier A: If your flight or onward flight to a domestic German or Schengen destination is departing from a non-gate position or from B10 or B19, you will be taken to the aircraft by limousine or an exclusive minivan.
If your flight or onward flight to a non-Schengen or non-EU destination is departing from a non-gate position or from a dock in departure areas Z or C, you will also be taken to the aircraft by limousine or an exclusive minivan. This does not apply to departures from Pier B, due to the short distance. |
If your flight is arriving at a non-gate position, you will be collected from the aircraft and taken to the appropriate bus drop-off point in Terminal 1. |
If you have less than 45 minutes transfer time left due to a delayed arrival, you will be taken straight to your connecting flight, provided that this will ensure that you catch your connecting flight in time. |
