Protect your miles and data with two-factor authentication via app.
Switch from two-factor authentication via text message to two-factor authentication via authenticator app. This will give you greater protection against unauthorised access to your account (e.g. to your miles, Points, login details and personal data).
Switch easily in three steps:
- Download the authenticator app (or use your existing one)
- Scan QR code, or copy code
- Enter authentication code
If you opt for two-factor authentication via app, you’ll need a code from your authenticator app as well as your login details to log in to miles-and-more.com, the Miles & More app and the Lufthansa Group websites and apps.

Trusted browsers and apps
Here is a list of all browsers and apps that you have saved as trusted (maximum five).
Please note:if you delete your browser’s cookies, it will no longer be recognised as secure and you will have to enter a code from your authentication app again when you log in.
If you log in with a browser or an app saved as trusted, no additional code from your authentication app is required. You do not currently have any browsers or apps saved as trusted. You can do this easily the next time you log in using the option "In diesem Browser / dieser App nicht mehr nach Codes fragen" (“Do not ask for codes again in this browser/app”).
