When do I have to show my Miles & More card?

You can use your Miles & More card in two ways: either as a physical card or digitally via the Miles & More app and your wallet. This means you always have it with you and can earn and redeem miles even spontaneously.

You’ll need the card for different purposes in certain places.

Earning miles: to earn miles, please quote your service card number when booking your flight or making your order with a Miles & More partner. Please show your (digital) Miles & More card when you pay when shopping at Miles & More partner stores.

Redeeming miles: if you wish to redeem miles, you must always identify yourself using your Miles & More service card number and your PIN.

Status benefits: to use our lounges, please also show your digital or physical card at the entrance. Staff at security may also wish to see your card to confirm that you can use the Fast Lane.
