Our app gives you instant access to your service card and number, and allows you to view your current miles and Points balance at any time on your smartphone. You can also use it to set your own personal award goal, plan flights with the Travel Calculator, and keep an eye on our daily offers.
Download it from the App Store or Google Play, and log in to enjoy twice the benefits. You’ll get 500 miles the first time you log in.1
Please note the following when logging in to the Miles & More app: If you’re already a Miles & More member and downloading the app for the first time, please log in using your current Miles & More login details. Otherwise, a new Miles & More account will be created and you won’t, for example with MilesPay, be able to access the miles you’ve already earned.

Have your miles and Points credited retroactively
Didn’t have your service card number to hand when you booked your flight? Then get your miles and Points credited retroactively. Under the menu item “Miles and Points credit request” in our app, simply scan the barcode on your boarding pass with your camera or upload a photo of your boarding pass with the photo upload function, and your miles and Points will soon land in your Miles & More account. You can even do this if you only become a Miles & More member after your flight.
Miles & More service card
In order to use your service card, you need our Miles & More app. Your card with your service card number is available in the app anytime and anywhere. Your card will be amended automatically if you achieve a frequent flyer status.

We have to process your personal data so that Miles & More can send you personalised offers in the app. Of course, these are only offers to which you consent and that are necessary. All data is processed and stored in accordance with the strict legal requirements of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Frequently asked questions
Can I also use Miles & More without the app?
You can also benefit from the Miles & More programme without using our app. Most features, such as retroactive mileage and Points credits, Mileage Pooling or partner offers, are available on the website and can be used by entering the service card number you received via email when registering. However, personalised offers and special promotions, selected services and the new Challenge Centre are only available in our app.
Where will I find my Miles & More service card in the app?
To open your Miles & More service card, log in to our app. You’ll see the card at the bottom of the screen above the main navigation. You can also store your cards in your Apple Wallet, for example.
How does the Travel Calculator work?
You can use the Travel Calculator to quickly and easily calculate the miles and Points you can expect to earn on a flight. You’ll find it in the Miles & More app and on our website.
Can I have my miles and Points credited retroactively?
With Miles & More, you can have miles and Points credited retroactively up to six months after the date of activity. Many partners offer the option of submitting a credit request via the relevant online form. Alternatively, read on to find out more about how to apply.
500 miles will be credited to members who download the Miles & More app for iOS or Android and log in for the first time. Members who have already logged in to the app previously are excluded from the offer.
