How can I credit my miles for a past flight retroactively?
As a general rule, miles for past flights are automatically credited to your mileage account if you have provided your Miles & More service card number at the time of booking, or presented your service card to the relevant partner. If miles have not been credited, there are two different ways to request miles retroactively through the app.
Scan boarding pass
If you have a printed boarding pass, you can simply select the “Camera Scan” function from the menu and scan the barcode on your boarding pass to collect all the important data for the retroactive mileage request for your flight. Therefore, you do not need to enter the data manually.
Import image or screenshot
If you do not have a printed boarding pass, you can simply upload a photo or screenshots of your digital boarding pass (for example, from your Apple Wallet). To use this feature, simply select the "Photo Import" function from the menu. Please consult your smartphone's user manual to find out how to make a screenshot on your Smartphone.
Enter data manually
If you do not have a printed boarding pass, you can also enter your flight details using the form to have the miles for your past flight credited to your account. You can access the form via the menu item “Enter data manually”.
