What do I do if my Miles & More card has been lost, stolen or damaged?

Your Miles & More service card is available digitally in the Miles & More app at all times and you can use all the services relating to earning and spending miles as usual. Therefore it cannot be lost or damaged. In case of theft of your permanent service card, please let your Miles & More service team know by phone. This card number will then be locked and you will receive a new card number to earn miles. The plastic service card belongs to the past and is no longer produced.

By the way: 500 award miles will be credited the first time you log in.

Earn miles: If you own the Miles & More credit card by DKB (for participants with a German bank account), you can use it to identify yourself as a Miles & More participant, even if you do not intend to make a payment  with the credit card.
