Retroactive credit requests

Forgot to quote your Miles & More service card number? Or missing out on miles for another reason? No problem. Simply submit a retroactive credit request and have the miles you’ve missed credited to your Miles & More account.

In certain cases, a retroactive credit request for the partners design-bestseller.de, MICHELIN and Romantik Hotels & Restaurants is only possible by photo credit in the Miles & More app. You’ll find this function under “More” in the menu item “Credit request” in the “Shopping” category. Upload and submit a photo of your receipt. Your miles and Points will be credited to your account within six weeks.
