Terms and conditions for mileage exchange

1.

All Miles & More members with a Miles & More Credit Card whose services include mileage exchange can exchange up to 25,000 miles for Points and Qualifying Points (not HON Circle Points) once per calendar year.
2.

This applies to miles that you received for credit card purchases made with a credit card whose services include mileage exchange in the current and previous calendar year.
3.

Miles credited to you as a Welcome Bonus and multiple miles awarded during promotions are excluded.
4.

You can only exchange your miles in fixed packages. The following options are available here:

 

5,000 miles = 20 Points + 20 Qualifying Points

10,000 miles = 40 Points + 40 Qualifying Points

15,000 miles = 60 Points + 60 Qualifying Points

20,000 miles = 80 Points + 80 Qualifying Points

25,000 miles = 100 Points + 100 Qualifying Points
5.

The miles you exchange will be credited to your Miles & More account as Points and Qualifying Points for the current calendar year and the miles deducted accordingly.
6.

An exchange which has been validated cannot be reversed.
7.

Miles can only be exchanged in these countries as specified:
7.1.

Germany: for holders of Lufthansa Miles & More Credit Cards issued by Deutsche Kreditbank AG (DKB): miles can only be exchanged by holders of the Miles & More Gold Credit Card, the Lufthansa Frequent Traveller Credit Card or the Lufthansa Senator Credit Card.
7.2.

Italy: for holders of the UniCreditCard Miles & More issued by UniCredit: miles can only be exchanged by holders of the UniCreditCard Flexia Gold Miles & More and the UniCreditCard Business Miles & More.
7.3.

Switzerland: for holders of the SWISS Miles & More Credit Cards issued by Swisscard AECS GmbH: miles can only be exchanged by holders of the following products: SWISS Miles & More Classic credit card duo, SWISS Miles & More Gold credit card duo, SWISS Miles & More Platinum credit card duo, SWISS SME Silver card package, SWISS SME Gold card package or the SWISS SME Platinum card package.
7.4.

USA: for holders of the Miles & More® World Elite Mastercard® issued by Barclaycard®: miles can only be exchanged by holders of the Miles & More® World Elite Mastercard®.
7.5.

Spain: for holders of the Miles & More Visa Gold Card issued by CaixaBank Payments, E.F.C., E.P., S.A.U.: miles can only be exchanged by holders of the Miles & More Visa Gold Card.
7.6.

Mexico: for holders of the Miles & More Mastercard World Elite issued by BANCA MIFEL, S.A., INSTITUCION DE BANCA MULTIPLE, GRUPO FINANCIERO MIFEL: miles can only be exchanged by holders of the Miles & More Mastercard World Elite.
