With the Flex Plus Award Flight, you can use miles to pay the airline surcharges for your Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa or SWISS Award Flight booking, meaning you can save your money for great travel experiences.

How to book the Flex Plus Award Flight

  • Enter travel dates

    Enter the desired travel dates for your Award Flight booking.

    Go to flight search
  • Select flight

    Select the Flex Plus Award Flight option for an Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa or SWISS flight.

  • Redeem miles

    Book the Flex Plus Award Flight. The required miles will be automatically deducted from your Miles & More account.

Example of a Flex Plus Award Flight

If you redeem 75,000 miles instead of 60,000 miles for a round-trip flight from Frankfurt to New York in Economy Class, you’ll save more than EUR 240 in airline surcharges.
