Redeem miles for Award Flights and upgrades2
You can use the miles you’ve earned for an Award Flight. Simply select your dream destination, and redeem your miles when you book. Or treat yourself to an upgrade to a higher booking class. Then sit back, and enjoy your flight.

Offset your CO2 footprint with miles
You can use your miles to protect the climate in our app. By offsetting your flight’s carbon emissions, you’ll be supporting the use of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and helping climate protection projects.
It works like this
Open the app, and enter your login details.
Go to “Latest” at the top, then select “My Challenge” and open “mindfulflyer”.
Click on “Offset flights”, and select one or all of your flights.
Choose how you’d like to offset your flight’s carbon emissions and use your miles, then confirm payment.
You will receive a virtual badge that you can share on social media to motivate others to join in.
Redeem miles on your travels
Treat yourself to a dream holiday by redeeming your award miles for a rental car or hotel with our partner companies. Go to the Redeem miles section and look for an offer that suits you from a hotel or rental car partner, and make even more of your trip.

Donate miles
Use your award miles to support aid projects undertaken by help alliance, the Lufthansa Group’s charitable organisation. Donate your miles to help provide schooling for children in Africa and India, or medical care for families, for example.

Log in with your service card number, and enter the number of miles you wish to donate.
Your donation will go straight to the project of your choice through help alliance.

How long are my Miles & More award miles valid for?
Miles are valid for 36 months from the date you earn them. Unused miles expire at the end of the relevant quarter. Here’s how we’ll let you know when your miles are about to expire:
- The miles that are due to expire at the end of the current and the following quarter are shown on your online statement.
- Subscribe to our online newsletter to receive a summary of all the miles that are due to expire at the end of the current quarter approximately two months in advance.
Here’s an example: you took a flight from Frankfurt to New York on 12.12.2021. These miles will expire after 36 months at the end of the following quarter, i.e. on 31.12.2024.
Where can I find the current Worldshop catalogue?
Browse through the current Worldshop awards catalogue, which you can find online as a PDF file. This catalogue will show a wide range of merchandise awards you can get in the Worldshop by using the award miles you have earned, or with Cash & Miles (euros + miles).
How can I book an Award Flight?
The quickest way to get your Award Flight ticket is by booking online via the Miles & More website. Here, you’ll find flights with almost all our airline partners that you can book straight away.
Your Miles & More Service Team will, of course, also be happy to help you with your booking. To book over the phone, please have your PIN ready for identification purposes.
